Family law and inheritance in Brazil, with a human approach
Inheritance and succession planning, divorce and division of property, custody and visitation, for foreign clients and Brazilians abroad. A specialized team for each case, under my coordination.

Dra. Talissa Caldonazo
I coordinate the team that handles cases requiring technique and discretion: inheritance and succession planning, divorce and division of property, custody disputes and parental alienation, including for families with ties abroad.
I am a partner at Caldonazo Advocacia and have practiced for 14 years. Family conflict is the field where the best legal decision and the decision a person wants to make are furthest apart. That is why I work in the tension between technical firmness and human guidance, which is what the subject demands.
Every case goes through me: I define the strategy and follow each stage, with the firm’s lawyers and specialists working together. You always know who is responsible for your case.

The conflict avoided before it exists
An inventory is rarely an isolated legal problem. It is the moment when a family discovers what was left unorganized. Planning the succession during life keeps decades-old relationships from breaking over decisions nobody took in time.
- Judicial and out-of-court inventory (probate)
- Division of companies, real estate and investments
- Wills and succession planning
- Family holding companies
- Succession in business families
- Preventing disputes among heirs
Technique where there is little serenity
Family conflict calls for technical firmness without losing the human dimension of the situation. When children are involved, they come first in every decision. When an agreement is still possible, it is worth attempting.
- Divorce: consensual, contested and at a notary office
- Division of property in divorce
- Custody and visitation
- Child support
- Parental alienation
- Stable union and same-sex union
- Paternity and filiation proceedings
- Protective and urgent measures
Divisions and successions involving companies, real estate and assets abroad
These are the cases where family law meets corporate, tax and international matters. Before any agreement, you need to know what exists, what it is worth and how each choice weighs on the family’s future.
Company shares in the division
Divorce or inheritance in which the company enters the division and the business must keep running.
Real estate in more than one city or state
Inventory with assets in different places, each with its own valuation and tax.
Assets or heirs abroad
Inheritance, divorce and documents that cross borders.
Family holding company
Organizing assets during life, respecting the heirs' forced share.
Prenuptial agreement and property regime
The choice made before marriage or union, which defines what is shared.
Succession in the family business
Who takes over, how control is divided and what is arranged during life.
Every family arrives with a story. That is where I start.
The work does not end with the judgment: I follow the case from the initial analysis to compliance, including when the decision is only the beginning of the practical problem.
The first appointment is a consultation, with analysis of the case and the documents, before any work begins.
One person responsible for the case
The strategy goes through me from start to finish, and you always know whom to turn to.
The case is read by more than one mind
A divorce involving a company is not only family law. I discuss it internally with the firm's team before any move.
Discretion
I do not publish cases or use clients as content. Service is in person in Campinas or remote, in Brazil and abroad.
No case is handled with only what fits within the law
As the case requires, the work brings together the legal team at Caldonazo Advocacia and a network of specialists. Each professional is chosen case by case, according to the nature of the issue, under my coordination.
